The words Love and Light are not words that are not often associated to the corporate world.  Humanity is evolving and future generations are more evolved than the previous, so why do organisations struggle not only in business but in retaining and developing their top talent?

Many Organisations conduct business in the same manner as was 15-20yrs ago and even leadership styles have not evolved to the extent that is needed. Autocratic leadership is very much prevalent where leading by fear seems to be the norm and whilst there has been some movement away from these styles, the shift towards heart-empowered leadership otherwise known as Awakened Leadership has been slow.

CEO and leaders have a challenging role to generate revenue, accelerate their business whilst ensuring key skills and talent are retained, however most often the thinking and doing is being done from a place of ‘flight or fight’, meaning that actions and decisions are carried out from a place of incoherence.  Some of the ubiquitous traits that tend to express themselves are a lack of trust, frustration, control, impatience amongst many others.

Many CEO’s find it a lonely place being at the top and people in their ecosystem relate to them differently, however most people have experienced what it feels like to be in a place of harmony and flow, where their hearts and minds are working together and there’s a genuine connection with others involved such as meeting the love of their life, or experiencing the birth of a child.

Just for a moment, let’s use the Power Of Imagination and imagine building and leading a business that is created and developed with a deep inner connection of the heart and with the emotions it brings, where strategies are formed from ideas that flow, bustling creativity emerging from within, where there is an absolute alignment with a vision that is very much alive in the mind and the heart of not only the CEO but also the leaders .This is a business that would thrive on every level and this has been proven by organisations such as Apple, Google, Starbucks.  Howard Schulz, Ex-CEO of Starbucks stated that ‘the most powerful & enduring brands are built from the heart’. 

The Heart is the Most Powerful Intelligence you have Access to; it is consciousness, source, energy, shakti and once your mind is in coherence with your heart, you begin to have a more enriched experience and the information begins to flow to you through feelings, emotions, visions, and your intuition is heightened.  When you practice being in coherence with your heart & mind you are creating order from disorder and you start to function from a different energy and different frequency.  When you shift into a coherent state, the heart & mind operate synergistically like two systems that mesh into one and all of a sudden you have a light signal that can read information that exists beyond the senses and brings them into your awareness.

The Heart has a Magnetic Field of Energy which expands about 9ft around you and will change based on your attitudes, emotions and intentions. This is why, you can walk into a room and sense the energy of the room or of a person.  Now as a CEO or a Leader, your energy is radiating to your employees and customers/clients and if your emotional state is in a state of chaos, disorder, frustration then, this is what will be sensed by others and equally if you are in a state of collaboration, openness, kindness it is these energies that radiate in your hearts magnetic field.

The Awakened CEO who is in a state of coherence will emit this energy to his leaders, employees as well as direct the business.  This unfolds the path for becoming heart-empowered leaders who choose the way of love, which they demonstrate through the energy of compassion, kindness, caring, collaboration and presence within the business as well as acceleration, growth, clarity and so much more.  Awareness of the negative thoughts and patterns, the judgement placed on others and oneself, being open and aware of what serves you and what doesn’t serve you, are reflections that time should be spent on.  I invite you to step into your authenticity, into your truth and into the expansion of your consciousness.

When there is a group of coherent leaders it results in increased flow, effectiveness and the potential for higher outcomes, not only is there synchronicity in the group but they communicate on an unseen energetic level, with the ability to influence and support each other. The harmony in which they operate will be reflected in the connectedness to the organisations vision and strategy with an empowered working environment. However, If there is no feeling in your business, your employees will have no pleasure working for your business and retaining them will be a challenge and your clients /customers will not have the pleasure from your services, so is it not worth your while, to unlock the power of the heart in your business!
